Andrew Koskela
Georgetown, Class of 2027
We asked some of our former students to report back about their college experience so far. Andrew is our highlight for February! Here's what she has to say about her campus.
What are some of the things you like about college?
"My favorite part about Georgetown has to be the extremely dedicated professors that always want you to succeed. Because the class sizes are small, you get to form personal relationships with professors who can serve as mentors throughout your academic career."
Doing anything fun on the weekends?
"On the weekends I love exploring DC with my friends. There is so much to do here and the options are endless."
What is a fun fact you have learned about your college?
"The dirty chai cupcake from Baked and Wired is the best!"
What are you studying/involved in?
" I am studying finance and marketing and am involved in the undergraduate marketing club, as well as a club that gives personal finance lessons to kids! "
What is something that surprised you about college?
" One thing that surprised me at Georgetown is how well I got to know everyone. In just the short walk to the dining hall, I’ll probably say hi to at least three people."
What did UniVarsity help you with most?
"I don’t know what I would have done without Univarsity! They helped me keep track of all of my deadlines, revised my essays countless times, and answered any and all questions I had about the college admissions process."
