Seniors – What To Do in May

Parents, did you ever think this day would get here? Your son or daughter has most likely made up their mind about where they are going to college!
There are some seniors who are still struggling with final decisions because they are on the wait list at one or more schools. Here is an article from the Daily Beast that provides some suggestions for what to do if you are on a wait list.
And just in case you have a senior who is not happy with his or her options, the National Association of College Admission Counseling (NACAC) will publish a list of schools still accepting applications on May 4. Click on this link between May 4 and July 1 to learn about schools still enrolling students.
Parents: if you have younger children and you don’t want to go through managing the college application process again, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss how we can relieve stress and make the process more enjoyable for both you and your student. The end of sophomore year is a great time to start planning for college (see more info in the sophomore section).
